The California Fair Plan requires a 16% down payment to get the policy started, then we can either bill you or your mortgage for the balance. California Fair Plan charges 3% for credit card and no fees if you use your checking account routing and account number. The Difference in Conditions Policy can be paid direct or through the lender.
